EMINEM FILES FOR DIVORCE ... AGAIN
The remarriage of Eminem and Kim couldn't even make
it to a three month anniversary.
After exchanging vows for a second time on Jan. 14, the
rapper, whose real name is Marshall Bruce Mathers III,
filed divorce papers on Wednesday, his publicist confirmed.
Their first marriage lasted for just over two years,
and ended in October 2001 with a nasty legal fight that included
a custody battle over their daughter, Hailie. During their time apart,
Eminem wrote several songs that viciously attacked Kim, his high
school sweetheart. He even rapped about killing her in one song.
But in December, the couple announced they had gotten back
together. A month later, they were remarried.
No other comment about the split was provided Wednesday
rom Em's publicist Dennis Dennehy.
